Returns
Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item(s) to start a return with reasoning and order number. Items must be new with tags and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. Any returns will be refunded in the form of store credit. Please allow up to 2 weeks after we receive your item to process your return.
Exchanges
Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item(s) to start a return with reasoning and order number. Items must be new with tags and in the original packaging to be eligible for an exchange. If we have the item/size in stock that you wish to exchange for, it will be mailed to you after we receive your original item. Please allow up to 2 weeks after we receive your item to process your exchange.
Pre Orders
When placing a pre order, you are committed to waiting until the estimated ship date before having the option to cancel your order. If you need a bigger size, please email us and we will try our best to accommodate you. No cancellations or refunds on preorders will be allowed until after the estimated ship date. Please allow for up to 7 business days to ship the items once we receive them.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your item when you receive it and contact us within 10 days of receiving the item if it is defective or damaged. We will ship you a replacement if we have it in stock, or may offer an alternative solution if we don't.
Please note that slight pilling is a normal occurrence with natural materials such as bamboo and does not merit a refund or exchange. Please contact us with any questions.
Non-Refundable
Sale items are ineligible for returns and refunds.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed we are unable cancel it. If your order has an error, please contact us immediately so we can correct it before shipping.
Promotions + Sales
Sales and/or discounts cannot be applied to past orders. Discount codes cannot be applied after check out.
